Introducing the Dragon engraving system simplifying the ID tag engraving process while allowing for the fastest and easiest in store and onsite product customization.

The Dragons 100% aluminum design makes it rugged but surprisingly light. The engraving head utilizes a 100 degree industrial grade diamond tip. This allows the Dragon to penetrate deeper into the tags providing the most legible text at the smallest size.

Users can safely operate and watch the entire customization process thanks to Dragons overhead gantry design. This open format design allows for items of all shapes and sizes to be safely engraved without a holding fixture or cassette.

The Dragon is completely self contained and is operated through its 7” color LCD touchscreen. Any software updates are easily achieved via the USB port

The Dragon Engravers Story

Prior to Launching the company in 2003, our founder already had over a decade of experience in the pet Id engraving industry. Already credited with spearheading the development and launch of the industries first two self contained computerized counter top pet Id tag engraving machines.

Based on these first hand experiences it soon became clear that the cost of producing these fixture/cassette dependent counter top engravers forced the sale price for machines and tags to be cost prohibitive for smaller businesses. The high upfront cost forced these businesses to abandon their desire to offer onsite ID tag engraving.

After leaving the pet industry for a brief time, the decision was made to re-enter it with the sole goal of developing a new engraving program which would concentrate on allowing the neglected smaller retailers and startups to immediately compete with the big box retailers by offering the highest quality engraved ID Tags while also providing a new high profit center for their business.
